FREE ONLINE KINSTRETCH Class for Hips and Low Back

Here's what you can expect in this class: 

All movements are focused on improving isolation and control of both the spine and hip joints. 

For the hips, we will target a lot of work on rotation which hits the deepest layer of tissue inside the joint.  And when we hit the spine, we will focus on segmental control trying to move one vertebrae at a time. 

This class is suitable for all levels. I will provide guidance how to modify as needed.

The only necessary equipment is 2 yoga blocks (or something of similar shape and size).
