RECONNECT PERFORMANCE

...was created to bridge a gap

As a Physical Therapist, most of my time clinically was spent helping people who were already injured and in pain. The healthcare system leaves little room for proactive treatment to try to prevent these things from happening.

My goal is to bridge that gap and empower you with the knowledge and tools to take care of your body so that you can continue to do all the things you need and want to do.

There is a lot of BS floating around the internet and social media about injuries, health, and fitness. I want to help you filter through the BS with trusted resources and knowledge.

I will help you play the long game when it comes to your physical health. No gimmicks, no fluff, and no false promises of quick fixes.

We will create new habits and challenge the physical barriers to allow you to become the healthiest version of yourself.

Hey I'm Jamie

After receiving my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010, I have spent the majority of my career working with the military and other tactical professionals. I have a beautiful K9 named Ava that currently assists me in the clinic.

Based on the belief that the best medicine is practiced preventatively, I advocate for proactive training to reduce unwanted aches, pains, and injuries. I truly believe that exercise is medicine.

As a military spouse to an active duty Infantryman, I have had the pleasure to live all over the country, but currently call Washington and the beautiful PNW 'home'.

My company Reconnect Performance LLC was formed as a means for me not only share my knowledge with a larger population, but also to give back to the community. I am proud to support organizations that provide care and services to working dogs and their handlers as well as organizations supporting military veterans.

The ability to contribute to these organizations would not be possible without your support so from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.
