Train for longevity and an active future

Sometimes we don't think about this until it hits us in the face and we wonder what happened to our body of youth that could do all the things! Proactively taking care of your body NOW prevents decline in fitness and activity down the road. Many of our clients come to us during a transitional phase in life whether that is at the end of a physically demanding career, a new found love for a fitness activity or sport, or the realization that they want a body that will allow them to chase around the current or future kiddos. 

Overcome pain and movement limitation

Avoiding things that you enjoy due to a nagging joint pain or mobility restriction? Maybe your knees ache going downhill and it's keeping you from hitting the trails with the stellar views. Or maybe your cranky hip means you had to take squats out of your leg day. At Reconnect Performance, our goal is to get you back to doing all the things you need and want to do. We will help your body rediscover more options for movement so you no longer feel trapped by stiffness or aches and pains.

We are here to make sure you can hit your fitness and physical goals without joint pain or injuries getting in the way. Formal injury rehab often just gets you back to "doing ok" but we are here to help you bridge the gap between injury and performance so you can build your body up stronger than ever.

Remote Consultations

Work with us one-on-one from anywhere in the United States. We will perform an in-depth assessment to include your movement patterns, range of motion, and training goals and then formulate a plan of action.  You will have full support from us every step of the way. Mobility Membership Program

 This is a great option if you are looking to improve the strength and capability of your joints but don't need one-on-one guidance. You will have access to the entire library of on demand and follow along Kinstretch classes. Think of this as strength training and self-care for your joints. Pick and choose the classes you want or follow preset programs for guidance.

Meet Jamie  DPT, OCS, CSCS

I am a Physical Therapist with over 13 years in the health and fitness industry. 

I have spent the majority of my career working with military and law enforcement providing not only expert sports medical care, but also education on strategies to reduce musculoskeletal injuries.

Based on the belief that the best medicine is practiced preventatively, I advocate for proactive training and education against unwanted aches, pains, and injuries. 

My ultimate goal is to help you understand how to take care of your body so that you can continue to stay fit and active through all phases of life.
