Meet Jamie  DPT, OCS, CSCS

I am a Physical Therapist with over 14 years in the health and fitness industry. 

The majority of my career has been spent working with military and law enforcement, providing not only expert sports medical care, but also education on strategies to reduce musculoskeletal injuries.

Based on the belief that the best medicine is practiced preventatively, I advocate for proactive training and education against unwanted aches, pains, and injuries. 

My ultimate goal is to help you understand how to take care of your body so that you can continue to stay fit and active, and physically capable of handling anything that life throws your way.
