We give you the guidance, accountability, and push you need to get out of pain, overcome injuries all while still training like the athlete that you are.
This is more than just fitness. This is about improving your habits, mindset, energy levels, and comprehensive health. And while we want to cheer on your gains in the gym, we also want to know that you can continue to crush life in the decades to come. To prioritize longevity, we take a full body training approach to help you move better, feel better, and perform your best.

- Prepping for orthopedic surgery and want a fitness program that will encourage expedited recovery
- Returning to fitness after serious injury/orthopedic surgery and not back to 100% after clinic physical therapy discharge

While we work with athletes from a variety of backgrounds, Jamie has an extensive clinical background working with military and first responders and their families. We understand the nuances of their physical and mental demands and have a passion for helping them become healthier protectors, spouses, parents, and partners. Remember: To take care of others, you must take care of yourself first.

- Lastly (and most importantly), I put you in the driver's seat. My coaching requires you to take charge of your own health and recovery. I give you the plan, guidance and accountability, but you do all the hard work.
